Design, Production, & Shipping Information
Artwork Guidelines
Please make sure you send us an Illustrator “ai” or “eps” files. If you do not have the design under either of those extensions, we also work with Photoshop (“psd”) files, which must be at least 300 dpi. Unfortunately, we cannot work with PDF or low-resolution jpegs.
Color Guidelines
Please make sure you send us the all the corresponding Pantone numbers (PMS) you want to use for full production. If you do not have the exact Pantone number, please provide the closest HEX or RGB numbers.
Production Period
Production usually takes about 30-45 days to complete from the time of sample approval. However, if you need to inquiry about rush services, you can do so by reaching us at +1 (305) 699-2192.
Shipping Period
We know you are excited about your inflatables! Please allow up to 3-5 weeks for ocean freight delivery and 6-10 days for expedited international air freight.
